Results The diagnosis was incidentally made in 50% cases. main other revealing complaints are pain left upper quadrant abdomen 25% painless renitent mass same only 12,5%. None who had fever or sings postoperative sepsis. Compared those splenectomy, longer average hospital stay (9 vs 6,25 days) related post-operative complications abscess residual cavity after dome one patient haemorrhage patient. Conclusions current case series argues favor preferably by laparoscopic route whenever technical platform allows it, with some specific peri-operative therapeutic measures. It seems be safest way that helps avoid saving modalities. These usually difficult manage poor countries limited resources. Total guarantees at least decreased stay, reduced healthcare costs, absence recurrence highly endemic underdeveloped countries.
